Project Space ZOETE-BROODJES presents an installation by Egesborg & Sjøberg.
We are happy to invite you to come see their work in continuity with its location and as a location in itself. You're welcome at the feastly opening.
Fredrik and Jakob make spaces where objects and materials are treated as characters, words or signs with punctuation as in language. The theatrical work shows traces of urbanization, the relationship with authority, economy and culture.
Frederik Egesborg (1992, DK) and Jakob Sjøberg (1989, DK) form a collaborative based in between Amsterdam, Odense and Copenhagen. They recently graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie and have since that, formed concerted works in relative to sites of architectural and cultural interest. Although they're individual work is visually and conceptually differing, the initial decision to set up teamwork is grounded in underlying methodologies reoccurring in each of their practices. While the urban sphere of experience remains a continuous subject of consideration, they fuse they're although distinct practices in independent spatial settings driven by accounts, whose arrangement consists of ideas and relations rendered in physical form.
